Association Resource Box: Many of the Girl Scout publications are available for checkout: handbooks, badge books, leaders’ guides, songbooks, ceremonies, games, cooking, outdoor program, council patch programs, Girl Scout history. Click here for a complete listing of the contents.
Juliette’s Trunk: “The Golden Eaglet” video (a 1919 recruiting film) and hands-on activities related to the early days of Girl Scouting. Make a bedroll, tie some knots, try semaphore signaling, and look at the first handbook. The trunk does not contain any old uniforms.
Juliette’s Box: a collection of small items to help in telling the story of Juliette Low
Historic/International Uniforms: Historic USA uniforms, Daisy through Adult, from 1914 and international uniforms from a variety of countries are available to check out for meetings or special events. A great idea for a Thinking Day celebration!
Historic Girl Scout Handbooks: See how the program was for girls through the years.
Other items available: Candle logs for promise and law ceremonies, glass star shaped candleholders and fake daisies, international uniform charts, international flag charts, flags and stands for USA, Girl Scouts, and Brownies, Lemmi sticks, song tapes and books, Girl Scout banner, and WCGSA banner.
